I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health (LPC-MH) and a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) located in Sioux Falls, SD. I have been in the mental health field for 17 years. Specialize in working with adults, adolescents and children who are dealing with issues that are affecting their ability to live well. I utilize an integrated treatment approach including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. EMDR has been proven to be highly effective in treating individuals who have experienced any trauma, abuse, grief/loss which can lead to anxiety, depression, PTSD or addictions.
