Offered Services

What I Do For You

Custody and parenting time disputes can be overwhelming and are often emotionally and financially exhausting. I understand and are here to explain and offer various services in order to accommodate each family's unique situation.

Services are indicated below with a brief description of each:

Custody and Parenting Time Evaluations / Home Studies

A custody study is a useful process in which a neutral expert evaluates the family by utilizing interviews, home visits and receiving collateral information about the family. The evaluator will make a recommendation to the Court regarding custody and parenting time. This report is based on what is in the best interest of the child.

Custody and Parenting Time Mediation
Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process that utilizes a neutral third party in helping parents resolve disputes regarding custody and/or parenting time. Mediation enables parents to make decisions in the best interest of their child. More about Mediation

Parenting Coordination / Parenting Consultation (PC)
The PC process is useful in high-conflict cases. A PC is appointed by the Court to help implement a parenting time schedule and to make adjustments when necessary. With prior approval of the parties and/or the court, the PC may make decisions within the scope of the court order or appointment contract.

Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE)
The ENE is a three-hour session comprised of a male/female team of evaluators and includes both clients and attorneys. This combination of evaluation and mediation has proven to be successful early in the court process eliminating the need for further litigation.

Supervised Parenting Time
Supervision is conducted in the community or home setting in order to provide a natural surrounding for parents and their children that are ordered to undergo supervision. A summary report is sent to attorneys following the visit. Supervision can be on a temporary or ongoing basis and is meant to provide monitoring of the parent/child interactions.
